Biography
When elected as a parliamentary burgess Brasier had only just relinquished office as a bailiff of Derby. He was twice distrained to be a juror in the town — to provide evidence at the inquiries of March 1414 into lollardy and, in the summer of the same year, to testify about crimes committed in the area — but in the event was not sworn in.2
