Biography

Curteys, a carpenter by trade, was resident in Marlborough in 1379, for he then paid 1s. to its levy of the poll tax. When he was elected to Parliament for the fourth time, in 1394, Robert Warner* and Thomas Cryps* were his sureties for attendance.
