Unidentified.

There is insufficient evidence to identify him either with the William Osbourne whose wife, Agnes, was coh. with her sister to land in Ivychurch and elsewhere in Kent by 1379, or with the man who, as bailiff of the Kentish hundred of Milton, was alleged to have stolen some livestock in 1386: CP25(1)108/212/115; Yr.
