Biography
In 1780 Braddyll was returned unopposed for Lancaster, probably with Cavendish support. In Parliament he regularly voted against North’s Administration; against Shelburne’s peace preliminaries, 18 Feb. 1783; and for Fox’s East India bill, 27 Nov. 1783. Robinson’s list of January 1784 and Stockdale’s of March both class him as a Foxite. There is no record of his having spoken in the House in this period. At the general election of 1784 he declined a contest.
Braddyll died 20 Nov. 1818.
