Talbot was returned at Thirsk on the interest of his cousin Sir Charles Henry Frankland, 4th Bt. There is no record of his having spoken in the House. In Dupplin’s list of 1754 he was classed as a country gentleman supporting Administration.
He died 7 Mar. 1777.
