Biography
Worsley Holmes was returned for Newport by his brother, then an adherent of the Marquess Wellesley in politics. He accordingly voted for Catholic relief, 2 Mar. 1813, and paired likewise on 24 May. No speech and no other vote of his is known. He was drowned in the Hamble when his boat overturned, 26 July 1814.
