Welcome to the History of Parliament’s new schools section!
Here you will find our materials for Key Stage 3 and 16-18 year olds, as well as news about our annual schools competition. We’re developing this section of our website, so more content will be added over the coming months.
Our first set of dedicated resources for 11-14 year olds at Key Stage 3 is now available. Based on the Reformation, we look at the role Parliament and MPs played in the Tudor religious changes, and how ordinary people in the constituencies dealt with them. All can be found in our Reformation topic.
Don’t forget our annual schools competitions for KS3 and 16-18 year olds – all information on when and how to enter, as well as our winners when they are announced, will be available here.
We’d love to know how you’re finding these resources as we develop them. Please contact us and let us know!
